QR Menu Ninja provides a platform for restaurants and food service businesses to digitize their menus using AI technology and generate QR codes for customer access. The Service includes menu extraction, editing, hosting, and QR code generation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

  • Upload malicious code or content

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service, including menu images and text. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Menu Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QR Menu Ninja and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QR Menu Ninja operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
